Job Summary
The Branch Manager is the single point of accountability for their respective branch's overall performance in BM Agro Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the following.
Work with Operations Manager to set and drive execution of BMFarms and Agro Sales strategy for their branch.
Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for respective branch.
Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, find a solution, and help the team execute against that solution to ensure a positive customer experience.
Work with the Operations Manager on recruiting needs, and candidate screening/selection.
Hands on role-help in all areas of the business as needed to get results and take care of our customers.
Recognize opportunities in your respective market and work with the sales team to grow revenue and marker share.
Develop and support a high-functioning, cohesive, team.
Provide guidance and support to Parts and Service Managers on coaching and employee discipline issues; serve as the escalation point for employee relations issues that may arise within the branch.
Ensure the established safety criteria/guidelines for the branch are followed to maintain a safe working environment and participate in monthly safety meetings/drive the safety culture.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating all branch facility maintenance and repairs.
Hold entire team accountable to established process/procedures.
Consistently review all policies and procedures that pertain to the daily operation of the Service department and work with the team on constant improvement, adherence, and accountability.
Work with VP of Operations, Parts/Service Managers, and Service Sales Rep on the development of annual budgets
Work with other Loftin Equipment Co. Managers to ensure effective and productive interdepartmental communications and support.
Drive a positive winning employee culture, and responsibility for driving teamwork between the departments and between our other BMFarms branches.

Qualifications/Experience/Education/Skills:
10+ years operations experience, preferably in a similar industry.
5+ years proven track record as a leader; strong people manager skills; mentoring and coaching.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, or additional equivalent relevant work experience.
Deep P&L and budget management expertise.
Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.
